Dear friends!
Some weeks ago I wrote a message and asked: What does God mean to you?
No doubt that it is different what God means to different people. I have got a lot of different answers, and I want to thank all who answered. It has been very interresting to read all the messages I have got.
Especially that I could agree on a muslims comment on God. He wrote:
“Well what i can say about god…surely he means everything…well about me I’m muslim but i know noting about my religion but i know god well….i think about him in every step i take…god means hope means forgiveness, everything..it’s a tought question…and i always keep saying that god always around us but we have to turn our back to him…”
This comment shows that although people from different religions maybe do not think they believe God is the same, we as people have the same needs. I think we need a God to fill out our enormous space of nothing, and to understand that there is more than what we can see, and a purpose for our life.
God loves us, and invites us to follow him and his purpose for us, but it is our choice. We have our free will.
Do you want to have fellowship with the creator, God? I do!
I am so sad that I also got messages from people that did not know what God meant to them. I hope they will find out more about God, and let him come in to their life.
